An extraordinary astrological adventure which will take you beyond a rational, interpretive understanding of astrology into an experiential realm of self-discovery, healing andtransformation. Through a combination of myth, music, artistic expression, ritual,and theatrical play, we will be inviting the gods, the archetypes, to speak and act through us; revealing their truth in our lives. And all this in the most dramatic and beautiful of settings - in the shadow of Mount Olympos, fabled home of the Gods, in Southern Turkey.
Olympos National Park on the Lykian coast, is one of the Mediterranean’s real energy hot spots, a magical setting, steeped in mythology. Most of our work will be conducted outdoors and you can stay in small, cosy huts, in one of our bungalows, or else there is plenty of room to camp. We have our own chef on hand to treat us to a feast of international cuisine.

Facilitator Training Programme: Part 1
You don't need to be an astrologer to participate in this astrodrama retreat, but if you are, then you might be interested in joining the astrodrama facilitator training programme that will be running alongside it. In addition to being a participant on the 7-day retreat, you will also be given some additional time by Friedel during the week to reflect on your experience and and the learning journey you are on, and Friedel will also offer input on facilitation techniques during those sessions. This training involves 30 days of astrodrama play and facilitated reflection space. This training can be completed over a 2-3 year period and this retreat will naturally count seven days toward it. There is no extra charge if you want to undertake this training.
