12-Week Astrodrama Programme in Bristol with John Wadsworth Wednesday Evenings plus One Full Weekend. From 4th Feb 2009
This course will run as a 12-week evening programme culminating in a full weekend of chart play. During the 12 weeks we will spend each evening exploring a particular planet, and really inviting the energy of that planet to initiate us into its qualities and its different forms of manifestation in the world. We will use imagery, and games, and dramatic expression, play out the different expressions of that planet in our own charts, using music and mask to facilitate an improvised expression of each planetery position. We will also explore the journey of the 12 signs of the zodiac around the astrological wheel, the four elements, the aspects and the houses of the horoscope in similar ways.
Because we are learning experientially rather than simply conceptually, this course is appropriate for beginners to astrology as much as it is those with more advanced astrological awareness. By the end of 12 weeks, in early 2009, we will be well prepared to play out full chart enactments and we'll spend a long weekend doing just that.
Participation on the weekend will be compulsory, and each person must commit to a minimum of 8 out of the 12 weekday evenings.
